Cleaning after use

Kitchen

Cabinets should be wiped/washed on the outside (including grooves).
Doors should be checked for stains and fingerprints and wiped if necessary.
Countertops should be cleaned.
Stovetops should be wiped and cleaned.
The sink should be cleaned.
The oven should be cleaned after use.
The refrigerator should be wiped/washed inside and out.
The freezer should be checked, defrosted, and cleaned if necessary.
Floors should be vacuumed.
Floors should be thoroughly washed and treated as needed.

Room and Entrances

Doors should be checked for stains and fingerprints and wiped if necessary.
Chairs should be wiped.
Tables should be wiped/washed.
Floors should be vacuumed/swept.
Floors should be thoroughly washed and treated as needed.

The toilet

The sink, faucets, and toilet bowl should be cleaned/descaled.
Mirrors, shelves, and handles should be cleaned.
Floors should be washed and treated as needed.
Doors should be checked for stains and fingerprints and wiped if necessary.

A vacuum cleaner, mop set, and various cleaning supplies are available. If these items are missing upon return, replacement costs will be charged along with the room rental fee.

Regulations for the use of the shared space.

The rooms can only be rented and used by contractual residents of Frederiks Brygge, who are responsible for the rented space and ensuring compliance with the regulations.
The rooms may only be used for family events or similar gatherings, as well as activities related to the building’s residents. The rooms must not be used for youth parties. Rentals are NOT available on New Year’s Eve.
A reservation must be made in advance on the website Frederiksbrygge.dk.
During the rental period, the renter is fully responsible for both the room and its inventory.
Rooms, furniture, etc., must be returned cleaned and in an orderly condition by 12:00 AM (midnight) on Sunday for weekend rentals, and by 12:00 AM (midnight) on the rental day for weekday rentals.
If it is found during the subsequent inspection that the room or inventory has not been returned in the condition described in point 5, the necessary work will be carried out at the renter’s expense.
Music, singing, etc., may only take place with windows and doors closed.
No noisy behavior outside the rooms is allowed. This also includes foodtruck, grill etc.
All traffic to and from the shared spaces must also be conducted in an orderly manner.
All activities in the rooms must be carried out with due consideration for the surrounding residents.
All events on weekdays must end by 12:00 AM (midnight). On weekends, events must end by 1:00 AM.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that everything is closed and turned off at the end of the event.
For any rental of the rooms, the responsible contract renter must adhere to these regulations. Booking/reservations must always be made on the website Frederiksbrygge.dk.

note

If the renter's or their guests' behavior causes disturbance to other residents in the area, the renter will be excluded from future rentals.

How to log in to the system

In the top-right corner, there is an icon with the text: Log in. Click on it.
Under Username, enter the email address you received the booking invitation on.
Then, enter your password. If you can’t remember your password: Go to Manage Password and reset it using your email.

If you can’t remember which email you used or have a new one, contact the property office during their opening hours for assistance.

Find an available room on the date

In the top-left corner, there is a calendar icon – click on it and select the date you want to book the room.

If the day is not marked in red, the desired room is available. For weekends, you need to check Friday; rooms can only be booked for the entire weekend.

How to book a shared space

As a user, you can only book one room at a time and cannot book other rooms until the rental period is over.

For any questions, please contact the property office.
You can book a room on weekends from 08:00 AM Friday to 12:00 AM (midnight) Sunday.

Chip keys on weekdays:

The chip keys will be active from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) on weekdays.

The apartment’s chip keys will be active from Friday at 08:00 AM to Sunday at 12:00 AM (midnight).

How to cancel you booking

To cancel your room reservation, please follow these steps:

Log in to the calendar and find the reserved date.
Click on the date, and a pop-up block will appear.
Click on the field with your reserved date.
A new window will open, and in the bottom left corner, you’ll see a button that says “Delete Reservation.”
Click this button, and your reservation will be cancelled.

Note: If, for any reason, you no longer need the reserved room, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the reserved date. After this deadline, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full rental amount will be charged.
