The price for access to the workshop at Pladehals Allé 25A is 150,00 DKK per year. Access is granted by contacting the property office after which the chip key is activated. Access to the workshop is for residents of Frederiks Brygge only.
The price for access to the greenhouse at Pladehals Allé 35A is 500,00 DKK for one season that runs from 1 March to 1 October. Included in the price is a plant bag and the option to use a planter box. Access is granted by contacting the property office after which the chip key is activated. Access to the greenhouse is for residents of Frederiks Brygge only.
There are three party rooms at Frederiks Brygge. The large room at Pladehals Allé 15A costs 3,000.00 kr. for a weekend. The two smaller rooms at Kulvej 4 and Flydedokken 5 respectively cost 2,500.00 DKK for a weekend. A weekend runs from Friday 7:00 am to Sunday 23:59 pm. Reservations must be made with the property office. Only residents at Frederiks Brygge can rent the rooms.
It is free to store registered kayaks in the racks at Vestre Teglgade 18. Registration must be made by contacting the property office, where a kayak tag will be issued which must always be visible on the kayak. Only residents at Frederiks Brygge can be issued with a kayak tag.
You can park for two hours free of charge in marked stalls or buy a permanent permit for 500 DKK per month. There are no guest cards. A permanent permit can be ordered by e-mailing your administrator at admteam11@deas.dk
If you need additional storage space, there is a possibility to rent in one of three of our buildings in the area. Please contact the administrator for prices and reservations at admteam11@deas.dk.
All must be sorted and thrown into the black containers which are placed at the pavement on several locations of the area. If one container is full, you must use another one; no waste must be put on the ground, as this attracts rats and seagulls. Large waste must be put in the designated rooms; the chip key also opens for the room your building belongs to.
If you wish to order extra keys or chip keys, these must be ordered by e-mailing the caretaker. In case of lost keys, you must contact your caretaker to change the lock and provide you with new keys.
