Newly renovated youth flats with a view over Frederiksholmsløbet. The flats are bright and spacious and have their own bathroom and kitchen. There is a shared laundry room in the building’s basement where you quickly and easily can do your laundry. All you need to bring is furniture and a liter of milk for the fridge; otherwise, the set-up is perfect both for enjoying the community and for having your own space.
The Frederiks Brygge district encompasses both residential and youth housing, a daycare center, an Italian café as well as shopping and recreational oases, and soon Pladehallen and the large square will be buzzing with life from cafés/restaurants/street food and cultural activities. The establishment of the new marina is underway and along the wooden pier by the quay, there are plenty of opportunities to relax and go for walks, or paddle your kayak in the charming canals.
Soccer field, table tennis, running club, sailing – the area around the youth housing offers a plethora of activities. You can engage in various sports, both on land and on water, or immerse yourself in your studies in the shade under the large plane trees. Laughter, latte, and long, bright summer evenings.
It’s a 10 minute bike-ride to Rådhuspladsen and a number of the city’s educational institutions such as Aalborg University and UCC Campus Carlsberg – and the upcoming metro station, Enghave Brygge, is just a 5 minute walk from the youth housing. Skip the car exhaust and traffic lights and ride your bike along the water via Copenhagen’s harbour ring, which winds through the district. The harbour ring is a 13 km walking, running, and cycling route that runs all the way along the inner harbour of Copenhagen. The route will take you through beautiful nature, historical attractions, everyday life, and hidden areas.

The kayak club meeting, the baptism, or the birthday party can all be held in one of the three common rooms of the area. The rooms are available for a weekend, and have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
